Terms and conditions for our 30 day trial refund
Your product has arrived and you are starting to use it.
You have had your product for a couple of weeks and you are unsure if it meets your needs or you just simply can't get on with it. Don't worry, it happens to us all!
Contact us using the contact form: just make sure you are within 30 days of when you recieved your item. Please state why you no longer want your purchase. We aim to reply within 24hours.
You will receive an email with a parcel label and instructions: postage is already paid for. Send your item for inspection. If the item is found to be damaged through any means: water damage, dropped, missing parts. We will contact you, as this will void any refunds.
Refunds will be completed within 3 days of when we receive it. You will receive a confirmation email.
